What plan do I have?
There are different plans for Genius Scan. This article shows how to check which plan you have.
iOS
See the version next to Current plan. You can upgrade to Genius Scan Plus or Genius Scan Ultra from this screen by tapping on Upgrade.
Android
See the version next to Current plan. You can upgrade to Genius Scan Plus or Genius Scan Ultra from this screen by tapping on Upgrade.
Depending on what you see:
- Basic — You have the free Genius Scan application, and have not subscribed to anything yet.
- Plus — You have subscribed to Genius Scan Plus or have been transferred from Genius Scan+ to our Genius Scan Plus plan.
- Ultra — You have subscribed to Genius Scan Ultra or have been transferred from your subscription to Genius Cloud.
