How to upgrade or downgrade my subscription

Whether you want to switch from Genius Scan Plus to Genius Scan Ultra, or vice versa, you can change your subscription at any time. 

Your subscription upgrades or downgrades immediately, and the remaining time is adjusted by the price difference and then credited to the new subscription by pushing back the next billing date.

If you switch subscriptions mid-cycle, you'll be credited the prorated amount for the time remaining on your current subscription.

To switch your subscription:

iOS

From Genius Scan Plus to Genius Scan Ultra: 

  • On Genius Scan's main screen, tap on sync and subscribe to Genius Scan Ultra,
  • On Genius Scan's Settings, go to Premium plans and account, and subscribe to Genius Scan Ultra,
  • From your device, go to Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Choose Genius Scan > Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.
  • From the App Store app, tap your profile picture at the top of your screen, go to Subscriptions >  Choose Genius Scan > Change an existing subscription.

From Genius Scan Ultra to Genius Scan Plus: 

  • From your device, go to Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Choose Genius Scan > Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.
  • From the App Store app, tap your profile picture at the top of your screen, go to Subscriptions >  Choose Genius Scan > Change an existing subscription.

From Genius Scan Plus to Genius Scan Ultra:

  • From the Play Store app, tap your profile icon and then tap Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > Genius Scan and choose Genius Scan Ultra.

From Genius Scan Ultra to Genius Scan Plus: 

  • From the Play Store app, tap your profile icon and then tap Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > Genius Scan and choose Genius Scan Plus.
