How to OCR my documents?
It isn't yet possible to convert scans into text files within Genius Scan, but you can do so by exporting them to Google Drive.
OCR, which stand for Optical Character Recognition, is the process of extracting text from an image to create an editable document.
To do that:
- Scan your document
- Export it to the Google Drive application
- Open Google Drive on your mobile or on your computer to copy or edit the text
