Logging in to a Box account with 2FA Shows "Sorry we couldn't find this page"

When trying to connect to a Box account with 2-factor authorization enabled, you will see an error message "Sorry, we couldn't find that page." We're working with Box to have them fix this issue. In the meantime, two workarounds are possible:

  • disable 2FA for this account.
  • instead of using the direct integration to export to Box (Export > Box), rather export through Export > Other Apps > Box.
