Export your documents to your device memory
Starting with Android 11, some restricted folders cannot be selected for privacy reasons, for example the Downloads folder. Simply pick another folder or create a subfolder in the Downloads folder to export your scans to this subfolder.

Scan or open a document and tap the
Export button.

Tap
Device Memory.

Tap the Folder button to choose the destination.

Choose your device or your SD Card.

Select a folder.

The destination folder appears, tap the checkmark to export your document.

In this example, only the Downloads folder appears on the left panel.

Tap the three dots button at the top right corner and tap Show internal storage.

Open the left panel and your device should now show up.
