Go to Settings, General and scroll down to Advanced.

Choose Send diagnostics.

Fill in the form, make sure you send us the attached logs and provide us with the email address associated with your Genius Scan Plus or Ultra subscription if you have one.
Please only contact us if you can't find a solution on our Help Center, as the more requests we get, the longer it takes us to answer.
