Contact us through the app

If you are encountering an issue and cannot find a solution in our Help Center, then you might need to contact us to ask for help.


Go to  Settings/Menu and then choose Help.


Type in any word or question, and then choose Ask.


Fill in the form, make sure you send us the attached logs and provide us with the email address associated with your Genius Scan Plus or Ultra subscription if you have one.

Please only contact us if you couldn't find a solution on our Help Center, as the more requests we get, the longer it takes us to answer.
