Reset your Genius Cloud password

You can reset your Genius Cloud password on your iOS or Android devices and on your computer (Mac or Windows).

You can read the procedure for computer user if you're logged in to Genius Cloud or if you're not logged in .

iOS

In Genius Scan, tap the Settings button.

Tap on Premium plan and account.

Tap Manage account...

Tap Change password...

Enter your current and new passwords. It's better to include lowercase, uppercase, and numbers to create a strong password and secure your account. Once you filled all the fields, tap OK.

Android

In Genius Scan, tap the Menu button and choose Premium plan and account.

Tap Change password.

Enter your current and new passwords. It's better to include lowercase, uppercase, and numbers to create a strong password and secure your account. Once you filled all the fields, tap OK.

If you are not logged in to Genius Cloud

(See above) Open Genius Scan > Menu > Genius Cloud > tap I already have an account > tap Forgot password?.

If you are logged in to Genius Cloud on your computer

Log in to your Genius Cloud account and click on My Account in the top right corner.

Click on Account.

On the left panel click on Password.

Type your current, and your new password twice. It's better to include lowercase, uppercase, and numbers to create a strong password and secure your account. Once you filled all the fields click on Submit.

A banner tells you that your password has been updated.

If you are not logged in to Genius Cloud on your computer

Go to geniuscloud.com and click on Forgot your password?

Enter your email and click on Submit.

You'll see a message confirming that a reset password link has been sent to the email address you entered.

In the email you received, click on the link.

Type your new password twice. It's better to include lowercase, uppercase, and numbers to create a strong password and secure your account. Once you filled all the fields click on Submit.

A banner tells you that your password has been updated.
