Share a scanned document by email
Genius Scan lets you quickly email scanned documents.

Open the document in Genius Scan and tap the
export icon.

Verify your desired email parameters (e.g. PDF or JPEG format).

Email (note that you might need to scroll down).

Fill in the recipient and tap the
send icon.

How to send an email using another email client
The Apple Mail app is the default way to send emails on iOS. We recommend using Mail, it's safe, secure and you can use it with any email account.
In case you don't want to use it, you can email your documents with another email client (including your outlook.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc. email address). Verify that the email client app is installed on your smartphone, follow the procedure above, and at step "3" select Other apps to choose your email client.

Open the document in Genius Scan and tap the
export icon.

Select Email or an email app (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo...) to which you'd like to export your document.
Attach your scan to an existing email
If you don't want to create a new email but attach Genius Scan documents to an existing email, you can do so by picking Genius Scan documents from your email.
Customize your email settings
You can customize your email preferences with Genius Scan+, to set up a default email recipient and edit or remove the default email signature.
These settings can be changed in the Export section of the app Settings menu.
