Troubleshooting emails problems
Troubleshooting email problems:
Genius Scan must use the default email client to send emails on your behalf. The default email client is the Apple Mail app. Its icon looks like a white envelope on a blue background. For it to function correctly, you need to configure your email account in the iOS Settings.
Genius Scan is not sending the emails on your behalf but hands them over to the email client. Issues emailing are out of our control, but in case you are running into some problems, please see:
