How to change the email address on your Genius Cloud account
The email address associated with your Genius Cloud account is what you’ll use to sign in to Genius Cloud and receive important Genius Cloud-related emails.
It can be different from the email address associated with your Genius Scan Ultra subscription.
You can change your Genius Cloud email on your iOS or Android devices and on your computer (Mac or Windows). You need to be logged in to Genius Cloud account to change your email.

In the Settings, tap on Premium plan and account

Tap Manage account.

Tap Update email.

Enter your email and tap OK.

Change your Genius Cloud email on your computer

Log in to your
Genius Cloud account and click on
My Account in the top right corner.

Type the new email in the Email field, and click on Submit.

A banner tells you that your email has been updated.
